Documents required for Aiou Bonafide Certificate:

• Transcript Copy
• Academic Result copy
• I’d Card Copy
• Roll.No Slip (optional)

Location of Office:

Student Advisory Counselling Block Regional Campus, Aiou, Gateway Block Islamabad.

The procedure:

After collecting your all the mentioned documents like ID copy Transcript Academic result you have to visit the Student Advisory Counselling Block Regional Campus, block and get the counter free ticket then wait for your number.

After that visit your counter and mention to them that you want a bona fide certificate or English proficiency letter.

The counter guide asked you to write an application for the letters on the spot. You just have to write an application to the director of student affairs and mention why you need this letter and which country you want to move to all.

After completing the application just submit your application to the same counter, and wait for a day. You can also ask them when it will be ready.

Probably after 24 hours you will get that. That’s my personal experience of getting that letter.

How can I apply for a Bonafide Certificate (English / Urdu)?

To get a Bonafide certificate in English or Urdu you do this. Your task is to compose a letter addressed to the Director of Student Affairs, explaining the purpose of needing this letter and specifying the country you intend to relocate to.

Once you have finished the application, kindly submit it at the same counter. Please be patient and wait for a day. You may also inquire about the expected completion time during the submission.
